Refund Policy
How refunds work for Upsumi subscriptions, including when a refund may be available and how to request one.

Upsumi is operated by Yevhenii Valko, a sole proprietor.
We want the refund policy to be easy to understand. If your first paid subscription charge for Upsumi was made within the last 7 days and the service is not a fit, contact us and we will review your request.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to paid Upsumi subscriptions purchased through our checkout flow.
It explains when you may request a refund, how renewals are handled, and what to expect after you contact us.
2. First payment refunds
You may request a refund for your first paid subscription charge within 7 calendar days of that initial payment.
If your request arrives within that 7-day window, we will review it and, when approved, issue the refund to the original payment method.
3. Renewal charges
Subscription renewals are generally not refunded automatically.
If you believe a renewal charge should be refunded, contact us at [email protected]. We review renewal-related requests case by case, especially when there was billing confusion, an accidental renewal, or a clear technical issue.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] and include the account email used for Upsumi, the date of the charge, and any details that will help us find the payment quickly.
If something went wrong, a short explanation is enough. You do not need to send a formal legal request.
5. Processing time
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.
If a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear on your card or bank statement depends on your payment provider and bank.
6. Cancellation and future billing
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.
If you cancel and still believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, contact us and we will review the request.
